Before your clean
Building work should be complete and the area clear of tools, rubble and trade waste before cleaning. Paint, adhesive, silicone and cement removal are not included as standard. Newly painted or delicate surfaces may need time to cure; removal of residue is assessed for the risk of damage.
Tell us what you need
Send the postcode, property size, details of the building work, the expected completion date and photographs. Let us know which rooms and surfaces need attention.
We assess your requirements and confirm the scope and price personally before you book.
