- Clean toilets, baths, showers, basins and taps.
- Remove accessible soap residue and limescale where the surface condition allows.
- Clean mirrors, fittings and tiled surfaces.
Rooms & finishing details
- Dust and wipe accessible surfaces, doors, frames, skirting boards and switches.
- Clean empty wardrobes and accessible storage inside and out.
- Clean internal windows, sills and accessible light fittings.
- Vacuum carpets and stairs; vacuum and mop suitable hard floors.
Oven cleaning & additional requirements
Need oven cleaning? Include it in your request. Oven interiors, extractor filters, fridge/freezer interiors, other appliance interiors and carpet extraction cleaning are agreed individually and included in your quote only when confirmed.

Please arrange access to an empty property, with cupboards cleared and working water and electricity available. External windows, heavy furniture moving and specialist stain or damage treatment are agreed separately. We cannot guarantee the return of a tenancy deposit.
